Break the meat up into small pieces and cook on a bit over medium heat. Once the taco meat is browned; add the Rotel, seasoning packet, and water into the pan. It will be a little soupy, that’s how it should be. Stir and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Cut up your cilantro (the easy way) and toss it in near the end of the 15 minutes. You will know it is done when the liquid has been mostly absorbed by the meat.
